印刷電路板 / 軟性印刷電路板
FPC / PCB
PCB 版普遍以電木板,玻璃纖維以及其他塑膠板為基材,配合環氧塑脂壓合銅箔而成銅箔基板備用。而 FPC 則以 PI 為基材。
除了一般的單層板,雙面版外,多層板能夠達到同樣面積下,擠入更多的線路,以符合客戶的功能弘力的優勢為接單生產後,除了可以配合上件外,還可貼合其他結構,如RUBBER 、彈片、面版或 HOUSING BEZEL 等結構,客戶不需另外安排組裝製程。
