Metal Dome

Metal domes provide short travel distance while offering clear tactile feedback. If there are strict requirements on structural space, metal domes are a good choice. When combined with circuit board design, four-legged, circular, triangular, and even elliptical designs can be chosen, with a minimum size of 3mm and a maximum size of 26mm. Customized metal domes can also be discussed, with corresponding higher mold and production costs. With the assembly fixture, they can be made into semi-finished products in the form of a whole board or a chain, for customers to assemble and use.

Polyester Dome

Polyester domes provide a more flexible choice. With a reasonable structure, there are almost no limitations on size and load. The size and position can be customized. The material used is PET, which can easily achieve a press life of over 500,000 times. Polyester domes have longer press molding, making them suitable for applications that require obvious press feedback.
